When I visited SoCal last week I stopped in at an old favorite store in Burbank - Autobooks/Aerobooks. They’ve got a bunch of old magazines there including those that didn’t sell when current , and anything from 1970 to now, but not current issues, are $1 unless otherwise marked. I can’t justify purchasing a lot of expensive magazines, especially the British ones but at $1 each it’s OK when most are about classic cars and therefore not really out of date.
